為了應(yīng)對當(dāng)下全球出口商品需求增長、提高速賣通商品總體產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)，保護(hù)消費(fèi)者體驗(yàn)并滿足歐盟當(dāng)?shù)睾弦?guī)要求，平臺將于2021年12月18日起，針對以下行業(yè)（見下表）的相關(guān)類目在商品發(fā)布頁面開放CE資質(zhì)提交入口（大部分類目目前已開放），請商品具備歐盟CE資質(zhì)的賣家盡快在商品發(fā)布頁面：
1、產(chǎn)品屬性模塊：勾選認(rèn)證（Certification）屬性-CE。
2、資質(zhì)信息模塊：上傳產(chǎn)品實(shí)物標(biāo)簽（至少包含產(chǎn)品信息、生產(chǎn)企業(yè)名稱及地址，進(jìn)口商名稱及地址和CE logo）和CE認(rèn)證材料（產(chǎn)品符合性聲明（DoC）或產(chǎn)品的性能聲明（DoP）或產(chǎn)品合規(guī)證書（CoC）。具體資質(zhì)提交和查詢頁面請參考：。

二、管控節(jié)奏
因當(dāng)?shù)厣唐泛弦?guī)和貿(mào)易風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，平臺將在公告發(fā)布的一個月過渡期后（即2022年1月18日起至2月中旬），陸續(xù)對未提交和未審核通過商品實(shí)物標(biāo)簽和CE資質(zhì)的商品逐步進(jìn)行CE適用國家屏蔽（歐洲經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)（EEA）范圍內(nèi)自由流通（包含歐盟27國，歐洲貿(mào)易自由區(qū)4國以及英國和土耳其））。過渡期后將首先屏蔽法國市場，同時啟動類目錯放管控，之后還將視目的地國商品合規(guī)和貿(mào)易風(fēng)險(xiǎn)視情況進(jìn)行其他CE適用國家屏蔽。請賣家盡快完成CE合規(guī)和調(diào)整發(fā)布類目，以保障對歐貿(mào)易平順。
三、違規(guī)及處罰
管控開始執(zhí)行后的違規(guī)和處罰如下：
1.若商品未提交或通過平臺歐盟CE認(rèn)證審核，平臺將對商品進(jìn)行法國市場的屏蔽。
2.若上傳資質(zhì)材料與商品嚴(yán)重不符，平臺將對商品進(jìn)行冒證刪除，并扣6分/次。
